RSK Financial Coaching (“RSK,” “we,” “us”) provides one-on-one financial coaching services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, with the sole exception of subcontractors and service providers who help us operate our messaging program (such as our SMS platform provider). Those parties are contractually prohibited from using this information for any purpose other than delivering messages on our behalf.

Sharing and disclosures

• Service providers: we may share data with trusted third parties who perform services for RSK, such as payment processors, hosted services, and analytics providers. These parties are contractually obligated to protect your data. This does not include mobile opt-in consent or SMS data, which is never shared or sold for marketing or promotional purposes.
