RSK’s coaching follows a simple, structured process used successfully with thousands of families. It’s personalized, practical, and built for the realities of frum life.
Our Coaching Process
Know Your Numbers
Clarity starts with gathering all your income and expenses in one organized place.
Your coach will help you get a handle on:
Most people assume they “generally know” their numbers, but once everything is laid out clearly, the path forward becomes far more manageable.
We make it easy by giving you all the worksheets, trackers, and tools – both digital and printed – so you’re never starting from a blank page.
Once the full picture is clear, you work with your coach to create a personalized spending plan that reflects your goals and priorities.
The plan is built around a simple ongoing cycle:
Plan
Create your monthly plan - including steady, fluctuating, annual, and seasonal expenses, plus savings, debt payments, funds, and your expected income (whether steady or fluctuating).
Track
Record your income and expenses weekly. Staying connected to your numbers helps you make decisions confidently in real time.
Act
Your coach helps you prepare a definitive action plan for when challenges come up - cash flow issues, unplanned expenses, spending habits, or differences between your plan and reality.
After the monthly plan is running smoothly, coaching focuses on long-term financial strength.
Cover your year without scrambling
This includes annual expenses - things that feel random but happen regularly, such as torn shoes, a broken dryer, or gifts - as well as predictable seasonal expenses, like Yom Tov or camp.
If applicable, become debt-free with a realistic plan
Build long-term wealth and savings
This includes saving for simchos, emergencies, a home, and retirement
Build habits and systems that last
If You’re Behind, Coaching Still Works
Families often wonder:
RSK coaching lasts six months because real transformation takes time, guidance, and accountability.
Once the system is in place however, ongoing upkeep takes about 20 minutes a week.
It’s structured, proven, and ultimately becomes a natural part of how you run your home.
