By accessing or using RSK’s website or services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

Services and eligibility

RSK provides personalized financial coaching, programs, and related content. Services are offered to individuals who can form a binding contract (adults). You agree that information you provide is accurate and complete.

Accounts and access

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify RSK promptly of any unauthorized use by contacting us at rskcoaching@rsk.org or 845-414-8001.

Fees and payment

Coaching services and programs are subject to fees described at the time of purchase. Payment processing is handled via secure systems; details are provided during checkout.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program name: RSK Client Messaging Program description: RSK Client Messaging sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who have opted in. Messages may include coaching session reminders, post-session feedback requests, session task reminders, event announcements, updates about new coaching packages, and promotional offers. Consent: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from RSK at that number, including promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out at any time. Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Opt-out: Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Help: Text HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at rskcoaching@rsk.org or 845-414-8001. Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers: Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and coverage. Not all carriers or devices are supported. Privacy: Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Client responsibilities

You agree to participate in coaching in good faith, provide accurate information, and follow agreed scheduling and intake procedures. Coaching helps you make informed decisions but does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

Intellectual property

All content on the RSK site (text, images, logos, course materials) is owned by or licensed to RSK and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use site content only for personal, noncommercial purposes unless authorized otherwise.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site or services, interfere with operations, upload unlawful content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

Disclaimers

Coaching is educational and advisory in nature. It is not legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult a qualified professional for those matters. RSK makes no warranties as to the accuracy or suitability of its materials for individual circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSK and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RSK harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services.

Modifications and termination

RSK may modify or suspend services or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. RSK may terminate access for violation of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws where RSK operates. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and RSK regarding the services.
