Our mission
RSK’s mission is to bring clarity, confidence, and control to frum families through structured, one-on-one financial coaching.
Our Mission
For many families, however, it is becoming
increasingly complex and expensive to sustain.
RSK exists to give families the tools, habits, and mindset to navigate that reality with strength and calm. Through personalized, proven financial coaching, we help families take control over their finances, plan ahead, and make intentional decisions that reflect their values and priorities.
We’re a coaching network empowering families to build real financial stability - and lasting menuchas hanefesh - within the beauty of their lives as frum Yidden.
RSK founder, Mattis Gilbert, moves back to Monsey from Belarus and launches Reb Shayale’s Kitchen (later shortened to RSK), delivering cooked meals to families in need.
Mattis launches a local grocery assistance program.
After helping a family in the grocery assistance program receive financial coaching and become fully independent, Mattis sees the life-changing potential of coaching – and is driven to make it accessible to every frum family.
RSK’s Financial Coaching Program launches with its first coach.
The first official cohort of five financial coaches is trained in Monsey.

Our Coaches
RSK coaches are handpicked from within our own communities, bringing a wealth of personal and business finance experience to the table. They understand firsthand the built-in costs of frum life – and how to navigate them – so every conversation is grounded in real-world perspective and practical paths forward.
